Return Policy

We want you to love your crochet bag as much as we loved making it! If you're not completely satisfied, here's what you need to know:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
   • The bag must be unused, in its original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process:

   • Contact us at contact@lasawnha.com with your order number and reason for return.
   • Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address.
   • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

4. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

   • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after returning the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If your bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund.
